“CHOCO-BURI”, long lasting freshness than the regular fish

EHIME: Chocolate fish
The mayor of Ehime province has announced the “Choco-Buri”. Technicians were able to develop a Buri raised in captivity, fed with substances contained in chocolate, increasing the durability of the meat. Although it has substances contained in chocolate in its diet, it does not make the meat taste or smell chocolate.
According to the report, the Buri or Japanese amberjack as it is known in English, when fed with the new ration, it has its “freshness time” increased.
