Free Personal Income Tax Consultations with TaxAccountant for Foreign Residents
Nagoya Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Association and The Nagoya International Center (NIC) will be hosting free income tax consultations for foreign residents who are unsure about how to file their tax returns, excluding sole proprietors.
Reservations are being taken from foreign workers who meet at least one of the below conditions:
- For those who did not complete a nenmatsu-chosei
- For those who received income from more than one source and did not complete a nenmatsu-
chosei.
- For those who ended employment during 2016, but did not restart employment again.
- For those who did not apply for their dependants.
- For households whose 2016 medical expenses totaled more than 100,000 Yen.
- For those who purchased real-estate.
This service is limited to salaried employees only, and is not for business owners and operators.Please note that assistance with income tax returns is limited to this event and is not covered
by our regular civic advisory service at the Info Counter.
※ We will not be accepting tax return submissions. Please submit your final return at your local tax office.
※ Fee of 10 Yen per page payable for printouts of materials

2 Individual Consultations: February 11, 18, 25, 26, March 4, 5, 2017 (13:00-17:00) at NIC 3F Languages: Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese
