The singing contest Utawit Hamamatsu had its thirteenth edition held with great success on September 17, 2017 at Act City in the center city of Hamamatsu with 8 participants who gave their best to win the right to compete for the finals in Tokyo.

Champion: Megumi Ambis of Hamamatsu city (Center)
Vice-champion: Ernest Acson of Hamamatsu city (Left)
Third place: June Kristofer Shirai (Right)
