MANILA — The Philippines and Japan will sign more business deals on the sidelines of President Rodrigo Duterte’s visit to Tokyo next week, a businessman accompanying him on the trip said Friday.
Around 100 Filipino businessmen will join the trip, with deals expected in real estate, power and retail, said JJ Soriano, secretary general of the Philippines-Japan Economic Cooperation Community.
It will be the President’s third visit to Japan since he assumed office.
