The branch manager named Sharmain Tacluyan posted the video with a caption that narrated what happened.
A mother went inside the fast food chain to order and ask a discount because it’s her daughter’s birthday. However, a promo like that doesn’t exist.
What the crew and manager did is that they played a birthday song, designed a pancake and gave the girl balloons. The reaction of the mother became trending after she was seen emotionally crying over the surprise.
