The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department arrested a 25-year-old woman in the case of abandoning a baby’s body that was found among the coin-operated lockers in Tokyo and Kabuki-cho.
According to the woman: “I gave birth to a manga cafe.”
The suspect was known as Masoo Togawa, she confirmed that she had abandoned the body of the baby at a coin locker in Kabukicho by 29th last month. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, a woman who comes and goes near a locker was seen and recorded in a security camera avaiulable in the vicinity, Togawa admitted to the interrogation, “I bore a child in a shop of manga cafe in Kabuki-cho around January this year”, “I thought that the baby’s voice came out, so I killed and abandoned it in the locker. The baby’s neck has a strangled trace, and the Metropolitan Police Department is planning to investigate even suspected murder.
