Qatar Airways will resume Haneda flights

On December 11, Qatar Airways will resume its three weekly flights to Tokyo’s Haneda airport.

The airline will run the Boeing 777 service, which will have 42 Business Class flatbed seats and 312 Economy Class seats.

At present, the airline operates seven weekly flights between Narita Airport and Doha.

“As part of our network rebuilding efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, Thomas Scruby, Vice President – Pacific, Qatar Airways, said, “We are pleased to resume operations in Tokyo Haneda. This resumption will provide our Japanese passengers with more global connectivity. Qatar Airways has proven itself to be a responsible and trusted airline among passengers worldwide and has taken over 2 m safely. We also look forward to reinstating more routes as global entry restrictions ease, as we plan to operate to over 120 destinations by the end of the year to better connect our passengers to the rest of the world.

The onboard safety measures of Qatar Airways for passengers and cabin crew include the provision of cabin crew personal protective equipment (PPE) and a free protective kit and removable face shields for passengers that are needed to be worn throughout the entire flight.
