Strong winds in Ozu City, sparks fear on residents. Ehime Prefecture on Elevated risk of disaster

“Currently the wind is blowing hardly, but it has been raining heavily since occasionally about an hour ago. Sakugawa was flooded by heavy rain in western Japan, and in Ozu City a wide area was muddy flowed and 4 people has already died. The waterflow is carried out at the dam upstream from 28th, but the water level is not so high now. With the approach of the typhoon in the city, the disaster prevention radio and the fire brigade call for early evacuation as the danger such as landslides are increasing due to heavy rain disaster. In the meantime, the residents are worried about the reports that they heard.
