The snowfall that hit Kanto region causes massive congestion and chaos in public transport. Tokyo, the capital city, listed as the 4th with heaviest snowfall this January and was recorded as is since 1876. Other regions was listed below:
Ibaraki-Mito: 19cm (28 years in record)
Gunma-Maebashi 29cm
Tochigi-Utsunomiya 27cm
