The outreach consulate was held with great success last weekend in Nagoya attracting hundreds of Filipinos residing in the region. The service was done by the consulate and by volunteers who donated their time for the community last Saturday and Sunday and held a forum on consular issues facilitated by Consul Sir Geronimo Suliguin, Jr.
