Man died while snorkeling at Tateyama City Beach in Chiba

A man who had come to snorkelling at Tateyama City beach in Chiba prefecture was found floating in the sea, and death was confirmed at the destination hospital.

A survey ship found Mr. Saito Kazuya (31) floating in the ocean around 9:30 am on Tuesday’s Okinoshima Beach. Life saver who rushed with the watchman pulled Saito and carried out life-saving activity, but death was confirmed at the destination hospital in the state of cardiopulmonary arrest. According to the police, Mr. Saito was snorkeling with his father, but that he disappeared on the way. Saito – san was found at sea about 250 meters from there.
