OLYMPIC GAMES 2020: The Japanese Olympic Committee innovated by launching a project to recycle copper, silver and gold from old mobile phones in April 2017. In June of this year, the project only managed to reach the target for copper. They collected up to now 17Kg of gold, slightly more than half the target, while in the case of silver it was 1.8 tons (less than half the target).
