FREE HILOT AT PHILIPPINE FESTIVAL

Hilot Therapy School will also participate in the Philippine Festival 2023 to be held in Yoyogi Park on November 25-26, 2023. There will be Filipino food stalls, various artists, folk dances, and other stages.

Rizuko Yamaguchi, representative of Hilot Therapy School, said, “Hilot has been practiced as a traditional therapy in the Philippines since the 5th century, and has been handed down and loved by Filipinos until the present day.

In the Philippines, “cold” and “blockage” are considered to be the cause of complaints and illnesses, and Hilot is a therapy that aims to free the body from “pilay” = blocked nerves and blood vessels and “lamig” = cold muscles and joints. Hilot Therapy School offers original Filipino hilot arranged with relaxation elements.

At the Philippine Festival, you can experience a 10-minute Hilot head massage (including shoulder and neck massage) for free.

Excessive use of computers and electronic devices, and the continuous use of the same position in the body, make stiff shoulders and neck, eye strain, headaches, and fatigue of the entire head a common occurrence.

A head massage at Hilot can relieve a variety of complaints.

It also balances the entire body by relaxing the neck and head, relieving fatigue and tension in the back and hips, and boosting the immune system through relaxation. Please stop by for a Hilot massage while you enjoy the event. We hope you enjoy the event and stop by for a Hilot massage as well.

Location: Yoyogi Park, inside the Philippine Department of Tourism booth.
Details: Hilot head massage (including shoulder and neck massage) 10 min, FREE.
