Hamamatsu has held the Festa Samba since 2003, attracting audiences from all over Japan.
However, with the diversity of foreigners in the city, from this
year, the Samba Festival will be called the Intercultural Festival, with
artistic performances from different countries.
The event will be attended by the mayor of Hamamatsu Yasutomo Suzuki and other officials
