The heavy snow continues around the Japan Sea side. A car could not move in the national road of Murakami-shi, Niigata Prefecture, and about 200 were stuck at one time.
According to the Hamikoshi River National Highway office on the scene the national highway No. 7 continued from Murakami city to Yamagata prefecture, around 4:30 am on the 6th, the truck was not able to climb the slope because of the snow. About 200 units were stuck with this as a trigger, and the vicinity was temporarily closed to traffic.
Driver: “I came on a business trip, but I was in trouble because of detouring and I was in trouble.” Although
snow removal progressed and traffic closure was canceled, there are also trucks that are still stuck and national highway offices call for attention .
