International British Muslim blogger Noor is considered as one of the trendsetters when it comes to Harajuku fashion. She merged traditional hijab (Muslim women traditional wear) and Harajuku fashion. In particular, she gained fans by holding an affinity with the “Lolita” type of Harajuku fashion.
