SoftBank communicated that SoftBank mobile, SoftBank Air and Y!mobile system restored after 6pm, December 6. However, due to the big volume of data processing, some areas will be recovered later.
According to SoftBank the reason for the problem was 「Malfunction on LTE exchange facilities」.
