【For Permanent Resident / Spouse of Permanent Resident Customers】

① Lump-sum payment · Payment in installment is selectable upon purchasing the models.

② The contract requires a “driver’s license” or “residence card and health insurance card” or “residence card and passport within the validity period“.

③ Monthly payment “credit card” or “Bank cash card” or “Bank passbook and seal” is required for setting the monthly payment.

④ When purchasing a model change by installment, it is limited only to customers who currently use the model for more than 6 months.

⑤ If you have a meter reading voucher for your electricity bill from January at your home, please bring it.

⑥ Contracts for children under 18 years of age, please bring your “Student ID” together with your “Insurance card“.

【For Customers who do not have a Permanent Residency】

① If you have more than 90 days left in your visa to stay in Japan from the day of the event, you can apply for a New Contract or MNP.

② Purchase method of models can be paid in installments 12 times if the period of stay in Japan from the day of the event is more than 14 months, 24 times or 12 times if it is over 26 months.

③ When purchasing a model by installment, the monthly payment method is limited to credit card payment in the person’s name. Please bring a credit card.

④ When buying a model all at once, you can choose the monthly payment method from the bank withdrawal or credit card payment in the person’s name.
