Only for costumer who have been using the current cellphone for 6 months and above will be able to change to a new model by installment basis.

【For costumer who don’t have a permanent residency】

The costumer can apply for New contract and MNP if the visa period have 90 days and above from the day of the event
For purchasing the unit by installment basis, from the day of the event must have a 14 months visa (12x), 26 months visa (24x)
If you want to buy the unit by installment basis, It is required to have a Credit card for the monthly payment method, please bring your Credit card
If you want to pay the unit in cash (1 payment) you can choose your monthly payment method from bank draw or from your own credit card.

【Preparations before coming to the store】

For costumer who will transfer from another Carrier, make sure you get the MNP Reservation number from Softbank shop or Docomo shop to ensure smooth procedure.
In addition, for costumer who uses iPhone, please make sure to back up all your data in advance to itunes or icloud
